Out Recipe to Taste with Awareness:

You start opening the bottle, that sound, it’s like opening a gift, you are excited to try it.

Let it breathe, after being closed for a while inside a bottle it needs some time to breathe and gain some shape and become delicate.

Smelling the cork, it seems a sneak peek of what is expecting you.

Pouring it to the glass, the liquid hitting the glass forming a tear, it pills up so gently and you start seeing the color, a dark, strong red.

Shake it softly, you will see gaining more tears all over the glass.

Feel the smell, dark berries, some coffee beans, it’s starting the suspense.

Lay back. Taste it.

I mean, really, taste it, take a sip that fills your mouth.

There a lot of things happening.

Can you feel it? It’s soft, warm, spicy, it’s comfortable.

Breath, did you feel the shiver?
